How can I buy lift tickets online?

The online purchase procedure is very simple.

  1. You need to register at the portal
  2. Choose the ticket
  3. Choose whether you want to recharge a Keycard you already own or to pick up your skipass at one of our automatic cash desk with the QR code you will recive in the confirmation e-mail. You can find the QR code also on the receipt or in the "Order history"
  4. Fill up the data for the payment

At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you want to make further purchases in the future, you can avoid to re-register your personal data: the system will store them and the procedure will be faster and easier.

If you directly recharged a Keycard, it will not be necessary to go to the ticket office: take your reloaded keycard with you and directly access the lifts.

If you don't have a rechargeable keycard, ask for one at any of our ticket offices.

May I buy several lift tickes in the same transaction?

You can easily buy multiple tickets, for example for children, other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. We will take care to keep the customer information and the different tickets will be linked in a single user account.

You can easily manage family members and friends tickets. When you want to buy a ticket again you will not need to re-register numbers or names.

Can I buy tickets for users of different ages?

Sure, there are four different age groups :
- Adult
- Junior (born after 30.04.2008)
- Children (born after 30.04.2016)
- Senior (born before 30.04.1959) - season pass only

What types of tickets can I buy online?

We offer different types of online tickets: 4 hours, daily, multi-day tickets from 2 to 8 days, and presale season passes.
Most tickets are subject to price changes based on seasonal periods and age groups.

Are there any refunds?

14. The Skipass issued and used, even partially, is not refundable under any circumstances, except as provided for by art. 16. Only the "ITASNOW" insurance policy (which can be purchased with the skipass at our ticket offices or on www.alpecimbra.it/skipassonline or separately on www.itasnow.it/A040) provides in some cases the reimbursement of the ski pass. However, it is recommended to read the extract of the policy for more information and clarifications. Unused or only partially used point value cards and all types of skipasses withdrawn, canceled, suspended or deliberately damaged are not replaced or refunded.
15. In the event of cancellation made at least 11 days before the validity of the ski pass, the amount paid will be refunded in full. If the cancellation is made between 1 and 10 days before the start of validity, the skipass already paid will be refunded only upon presentation of a medical certificate certifying the inability to use the service or in case of documented inability to reach the location (restrictions related to spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus).
16. In the event of ascertained positivity to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and consequent isolation or in the event of a quarantine measure issued to the customer, the Company, upon presentation of suitable medical certification and / or the isolation / quarantine measure, will reimburse the days not used by the multi-day ski pass purchased by the customer, and this in proportion to the price paid for the purchase of the ski pass.
17. Tickets purchased in promotion at a discounted price do not give the right to any type of refund and in particular the conditions described in point n. 15 do not apply.

Are the insurance included with the skipasses?

No. The price of the ski pass does not include a Third-Party Civil-Liability insurance coverage, which from 1.1.2022 is mandatory (Legislative Decree no. 40 of 28.2.2021).
The skier must ensure that he is the holder of a personal and / or family Third-Party Civil-Liability Policy, or add it at thecheck out. If the purchase of the ski pass has already been concluded, it is possible to purchase it separately on www.itasnow.it/A040.

How can I get a Keycard?

You can get one at any of our ticket offices, just ask for a rechargable Keycard and use it online!

If I Don't Have A Keycard Where Can I Pick Up My Skipass?

If you don't have a rechargeable keycard yet, pick up your skipass at one of the automatic cash desks you can find at any of the SKIAREA ALPE CIMBRA ticket offices and in front of Folgaria tourist office. Once the purchase is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the QR code to pick up the skipasses. You can find the QR code also on the receipt or in the order history.

1. Click "Pick Up Tickets"
2. Scan the QR code
3. If you aren't able to scan the QR code click on "or enter your reservation code manually" and enter the alfanumeric code you find under the QR code

Why does the payment screen sometimes appear twice?

If you purchase the Alpe Cimbra ski pass and the Lavarone ski pass in the same order, you will have to pay the Alpe Cimbra ski pass and the Lavarone ski pass separately, therefore you will have to enter your card details twice.

On the payment screen, while you are paying for the Alpe Cimbra ski pass/s on the left you will see that the operator is Folgariaski, while when you are paying for the Lavarone ski pass/s on the left you will see that the operator is Turismo Lavarone.

I need an invoice, what should I do?

Do not purchase ski passes on this site.

If you want to purchase an Alpe Cimbra ski pass:
contact us at skipass@folgariski.com indicating the ski passes requested and the electronic invoicing data. We will give you the bank details to proceed with the purchase by bank transfer. You can then collect your ski pass at the ski pass office in via Nazioni Unite 51.

If you want to buy a Lavarone ski pass:
contact us at info@lavaroneski.it indicating the ski passes requested and the electronic invoicing data. We will give you the bank details to proceed with the purchase by bank transfer. You can then collect your ski pass at the Bertoldi ticket office.
