Recharge your Keycard and go directly to the gates. You don't have to go to the ticket office.

PICK UP YOUR SKIPASS AT THE AUTOMATIC CASH DESK
1. Go to the automatic cash desk at one of the ticket offices at the lifts start points or in the centre of Folgaria
2. Click "Pick Up Tickets"
3. Scan the QR code
4. If you aren't able to scan the QR code click on "or enter your reservation code manually" and enter the alfanumeric code you find under the QR code
