Smartphone Skipass - BLE

Contactless and 100% Digital - Download the Key2Ski app - Hit the slopes directly

For correct operation we recommend using smartphones released in the last 3 years.

1. Check if your smartphone is compatible by downloading the “key2ski” by SKIDATA” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (Oppo, One Plus, Huawei/Honor are not compatible)
2. Check that your smartphone is updated to the latest software version available
3. Open the app , follow the instructions and grant the requested permissions
4. Buy the ticket
5. Download the ticket on the application by clicking on the QR code or scan it
6. Keep your smartphone in your left pocket and remember not to close the app, you can lock your smartphone
7. Remember to leave with a charged battery

BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology consumes little battery.

If your battery is low or about to run out or if you are having problems with the app and/or accessing the turnstiles
Go to a ticket office to move the ticket to a card.

For the continuous improvement of the system, remember to leave your feedback within the app

THIRD-PARTY CIVIL-LIABILITY INSURANCE
From 1.1.2022 is mandatory for every skier to have a Third-Party Civil-Liability insurance coverage.
If you don't have one, you can buy it online toghether with the skipass alter confirmation of the shopping chart.
